Our
Story
what we offer
Brick House Meats is proud to continue a legacy that began in 1931, when George Pinske opened the original Gaylord butcher shop. For generations, the Pinske and then Lang families kept the tradition alive, serving people across Sibley County with quality meats and recipes that became community staples.

In December 2020, local dairy farmers and longtime friends Will Sampson and Jacob Brandt stepped in to carry on that heritage. What started as an idea five years ago — “Why not buy the local meat market?” — quickly became a mission to keep Gaylord’s oldest business alive and thriving!
